Because the poster is printed in black and white so I just modified the texts to make the poster more interesting to viewers.

I can see the curve and the triangle shape that represent for the word "reduce". the way to make words become smaller is cool.
I like the idea of using the top-down triangle to give a metaphor of reducing weight! ^-^
I like the first idea. First, the image it create is clear and remarkable. Women as a vital viewer will be attracted by the beautiful body. Two curse create a good decoration for the type composite with the type create a body image. Could be good use of idea "Less is more". The second design is so so because the idea is not impressive.
